Whether you’re wanting to throw a Summer Garden Party or end-of-year Christmas celebration for your hard-working staff, put on a Charity Fundraiser, celebrate a promotion, wave off your colleague going on retirement, or simply need a space for a client meeting with food and drinks supplied, we have several options available to choose from.
We have several bright and airy spaces that are perfect for meetings and training sessions. Private areas or table bookings are available to include free Wi-fi, large TV screens for presentations, air conditioning for Summer and open fires for Winter. If you require food, we have several Buffet menus to choose from with Vegan and Gluten-free options available, plus plenty of Tea & Coffee. If you would prefer to have a proper lunch, guests are welcome to order from our Main Menu on the day (pre-order may be required for bigger groups).
Private hire is available for 30-250 guests, making this one of Brighton & Hove’s largest venues with indoor & outdoor space for your celebration. Our friendly staff & event organisers have decades of experience in hosting parties, and are on hand to assist you throughout the whole planning process and to ensure a smooth running day/night.

There are no hire fees, as we operate on a minimum spend basis. All pre-ordered food & drink, as well as your guests bar spend will count towards your total minimum spend. Minimum spend amounts vary, depending on the space required, day/time of the week and month of the year, so make sure to give us this information when getting in touch for a quote. Weekdays carry a lower minimum spend. If you are open to the idea of a weekday event, be sure to let us know and we can send you a quote for both options to see what works best for you.
If you’re not quite sure you need a large private space with all the bells and whistles, we have several seating areas inside the venue and in our garden that are perfect for more intimate and relaxed meetings. The tables will be reserved for you and your guests, with the rest of the venue open to the public as normal. A deposit is required to secure your booking which can be used towards food or drink costs on the day.
There are no hire fees or minimum spend.
Area inside : Up to 30 guests (£50 deposit, no minimum spend)
Garden area : Up to 70 guests (£100 deposit, no minimum spend)
We are in Parking Zone L. Resident permit-only bays operate 11am to noon and 6pm-7pm, 7 days a week including bank holidays. Outside of these hours there is free on-street parking on all surrounding roads.

Our experienced head chef has designed fantastic menus for canapés, buffets, and summer BBQs.
